# Quickstart

Welcome to Bubblegum. This guide walks you through how to translate and optimize your website pages for generative AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude—making your content easier to find, recommend, and rank.

## Step-by-Step Guide to AI Search Optimization

### Step 1: Log In to Bubblegum

Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on the **Pages** tab—your command center for managing AI-optimized content.

### Step 2: Explore the Pages Dashboard

You’ll see three main sections:

* **Drafts** – Pages that have been translated but not yet published.
* **AI Ready Pages** – Pages already optimized and live for AI engines.
* **Pages Ready for AI Optimization** – All other pages from your sitemap that are ready for optimization.

### Step 3: Locate the Page to Optimize

Scroll through the list or use the Search bar (top right) to find a specific URL.

### Step 4: Select a Page for Translation

Click on the page you’d like to optimize.

### Step 5: Start the AI Optimization Process

Begin the AI translation process. This converts your original content into a markdown version optimized for AI parsing.

Translation takes \~30–60 seconds and runs in the background. You’re free to explore other tabs while it processes.

### Step 6: View the Converted Draft

After processing, the page will appear in the **Drafts** section.

### Step 7: Edit the Markdown&#x20;

Click Edit to refine the content. You can:

* Add FAQs or Reviews
* Adjust headings and copy
* Clarify or expand sections for better AI interpretation

### Step 8: Save Your Changes

Once your edits are done, click **Save**. You can also Cancel to discard updates.

### Step 9: Publish Your Optimized Page

Happy with your changes? Click **Publish** to push the AI-ready version live.

#### Step 10: View Your AI Ready Page

Your newly optimized page will now appear in the **AI Ready Pages** section—ready for discovery and ranking.

## You’re Done: Now Keep Going to Boost Visibility

Congrats—your first page is now AI-optimized! But don’t stop there.

The more pages you translate and publish, the better your site will perform in AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. Every optimized page increases your chances of being recommended in answers, product searches, and brand queries.

> Think of each optimized page as another entry point for shoppers discovering your brand through AI.

Focus on high-intent product pages, key collections, and FAQs—and revisit often to update and expand as your catalog evolves.
